Rocky was not fed properly, he was left outside and not allowed in doors and was screamed and shouted at. He never went for walks so a back yard has been his world! Despite this Rocky is a beautiful friendly boy who is fabulous with children . We are going to get him vaccinated and nuetered and assess him for a new start in a loving home.
